Andrian Dimas Prakoso, S.H.
Andrian’s main areas of practice encompass commercial and criminal litigation, dispute resolution, and family law (divorce, inheritance).
He has represented a variety of domestic and international clients in marine protection and indemnity insurance claims, shipment of goods, property, and shareholder disputes. He has also represented clients in disputes before the administrative court, as well as debt restructuring proceedings before the commercial court.
In the white-collar crime domain, he regularly assists clients at the Police interview and examination stages, in their dealings with the Attorney General’s Office, and when filing criminal complaints with the Police. He has also advised a number of clients on anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies and guidelines.
Prior to founding Prakoso & Co, he worked at another prominent Jakarta law firm for several years, where he gained significant first-hand experience of commercial and criminal litigation, including representing clients in their dealings with the law enforcement authorities.

Kholil's main areas of practice include litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. He has handled cases in several courts in Indonesia, and other dispute resolution work.
Kholil is also involved in handling corporate issues, such as Initial Public Offering (IPO) projects, commercial transactions, employment, intellectual property rights, and so on. The combination of these two areas of experience has led him to have extensive legal knowledge in handling various cases.
Kholil's experience in litigation includes; assisting individuals and companies in commercial, bankruptcy, land, family (divorce), and civil disputes.
