Andrian Dimas Prakoso, SH.

Andrian’s main area of practice involves litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

He has extensive experience in handling litigation cases and has handled disputes in domestic arbitration as well as negotiation in dispute resolution processes. Andrian has handled cases in relation to commercial, aviation, consumer protection, class action, mining, plantation, criminal, corruption and administrative law. He also advises on commercial matters and has been involved in legal due diligence for legal compliance.

Andrian’s experience includes representation of individuals in corruption cases ,representation of a company inland dispute which included execution processes in Jakarta and East Java, also representation of a business competition case at the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (Komisi Pengawasan Persaingan Usaha-KPPU).

Kholil’s main practice areas involve litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. He has experience in handling litigation cases and has handled disputes in domestic arbitration. Kholil has handled cases in relation to insurance, mining, plantation, family Law (divorce and inheritance) land, commercial, criminal and corruption matters.

Kholil’s experience includes representation of individuals in corruption cases, representation of an oil company in civil cases and representation of a company in licensing issues of plant construction.

Ag. Phrygian Raka Anrizta, S.H., M.H.

Focusing his practice on dispute resolution, restructuring & insolvency, employment, and shipping.

In dispute resolution, his practice encompasses commercial litigation (contractual and tort claims), arbitration, criminal advisory, and employment disputes. Recently, he assisted an international insurance company in an out-of-court environmental dispute settlement, with a total settlement amounting to IDR 76 billion. Additionally, he successfully represented a Singaporean-based mining company at a cassation stage against a tort claim filed by local mining company.

In restructuring & insolvency, he represented a Chinese creditor in submitting a USD 30 million claim against a local real-estate company. Since the case also disputes ownership of the land, he also represented the client in state-administrative litigation. Recently, he has been involved in bankruptcy proceedings, where he assisted an international investment company in submitting a claim against South-East Asia’s largest textile manufacturing company.

In employment, he advises various international pharmaceutical companies, in employment termination due to document falsification, violation of workplace safety regulations, and workplace harassment. Separately, he frequently conducts employment due diligence to assist companies in complying with the employment laws and regulations.

In shipping, he advises clients on the shareholder structure and vessel requirements for joint-venture shipping companies as regulated under the newly enacted Shipping Law.

Danastri Puspitasari, S.H., M.Kn.

Danastri’s main practice areas involve corporate and legal compliance. She advises on a full range of corporate and commercial matters for various companies including foreign investment companies and state owned companies. Danastri is experienced in conducting legal due diligence for acquisition, debt restructuring and liquidation. Danastri has also experience in advising companies on legal compliance matters.

In addition to her strong corporate law skills, Danastri has experience in practicing litigation where she has handled civil cases, administrative cases and business competition cases held at the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (Komisi Pengawasan Persaingan Usaha – KPPU).

She has advised and acted for individuals and companies in commercial disputes through arbitration and alternative dispute resolution by assisting clients in negotiation processes for dispute settlement and has also represented an oil company in civil cases.
